We use Radar by Yoni, a service provided by SEO by Yoni FZC, to analyse our orders and improve our service. Radar by Yoni reads our order, product and customer information on our behalf and only for us. Customer details are encrypted, and delivery addresses are deleted a few days after an order. Customer names, emails and phone numbers are never shared with AI services.
Our website uses an anonymous journey tracker from Radar by Yoni to understand how visitors use our store. It records steps of your visit, such as the pages and products you view, the words you search in our store and your type of device. It does not use cookies and does not collect your name, email or phone number. Your IP address is turned into a scrambled code that changes every day. This information is kept for 45 days.
From time to time we may send you a short personal email from our own address about products related to what you bought. If you answer, your reply reaches our team. To stop these emails, answer "no" or use the unsubscribe option of your email app. We may see whether you followed the link in the email, to know if it was useful.
If you do not want us to contact you, just tell us and we will mark you as "do not contact". You can also ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time using the contact details on this page.
